[ As Hydes Lowry ].ABV: 4.7%. Clear medium yellow orange colour with a average, frothy, good - fair lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, caramel, pale malt, light to moderate hoppy, citrus, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, pale malt, fruity malt, sweet malt, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20170120] 6-3-6-3-12

[ As Hydes Provenance West Coast Wheat Ale ].Clear medium to dark red brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, caramel, caramelized malt, malt extract, wheat. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, earthy hops - earthy malt, sweet malt, dark malt, caramelized malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. Cask at Wetherspoons in Rickmansworth, Herts. An amber coloured pour with a medium off white head on top. Sweet, malty, fruity, caramel aroma and taste.

Cask at the picture house. Pours clear golden, nose is toffee, sweaty, floral, taste is sweet, grassy, toffee, some hints of maple syrup.

Cask (Grey Horse, Manchester) - Very dark, almost black in colour with a creamy looking head. Black bread, coffee and a hint of liquorice in the aroma. Smooth and 'creamy' taste with fairly subtle yet noticeable hints of coffee, liquorice and blackcurrant detected.

Cask at the Old Manor (JDW), Bracknell. A pale amber pour with a ring of white head; syrupy aroma; sweet and grainy in the mouth with a light herbal bitterness; then a sweet finish - but no real maple taste.

Cask at the moon under water Watford Jdw. A clear golden amber coloured pour with a a lasyi G beige head. Aroma is semi sweet earthy nutty malts, peanut, raisin, low jammy fruits. Flavour is composed of tangy woody fruit, dried apple, earthy nut, twig. Palate is semi sweet, creamy, decent cask condition.. Lingering brown malts and damp grassy hop.
