Hazy light-yellow colour with a frothy-soapy white head, good stay and some nice foamy lacing. Citrus nose with the zest over the juices, but milder being a Pale Ale. Hints of yeast also going into the taste. Citrus peel and a nice dry finish. Could mistake this one for a 5% ABV beer.

500ml bottle from the brewery pouring a dark brown colour with little copper highlights. Creamy, bubbly, mocha-coloured head, good retention and leaving some nice foamy streaks. Freshly ground coffee aromas with the roasted malts. The taste shows lots of bitterness over the roasted malts and coffee grinds. Strong hops cutting the richness of the malts, and even losing the nice coffee. Very nicely brewed and now want to taste this coffee alone tomorrow morning, as the smell would wake me up.

Amber colour with a slight hazed film, a big frothy light-beige head, staying a while and leaving some nice creamy-foamy lacing. Caramel malt base with some hops to balance. The taste has the cereal grain and caramel making this one a little rich for a beer from this brewery, as usually hops are stronger here. There is still some decent hops that cut a little the sweetness here. A nice California Common all-around, but not a beer I would have again from this brewery.

Hazy golden-yellow colour with a slight off-white head, average retention and some decent foamy traces. Sour funk nose with the fruity guava. The taste shows lots of sourness with the funkiness lingering. The guava is present the whole way. A pretty nice guava sour ale.

500ml bottle from the brewery pouring a dark brown colour with cola highlights. Small light beige head leaving a ring of tiny bubble foam, small lacing spots. Roasted malt aromas with molasses, bourbon sweetness and enough hops. The mouthfeel is fairly thin for such a heavy stout, with the hoppy dry finish. Roasted barley smooth flavours with the bourbon sweet finish lingering, just not syrupy. A pretty thin stout for the alcohol content with the bourbon showing off. I guess you could say this one goes down nicely, and not heavy.

Clean, light golden-yellow colour with a frothy white head, good retention and some foamy lacing left. The sweet malt grain is there like most lagers, but milder as lower alcohol content, but with the hops that add a nice spicy grass note. Spicy hops in the taste as well as found in good pilsners. The malt is underneath. A pretty good spicy-Saaz light lager.

Pours a clean, slightly unfiltered light golden-yellow colour with a frothy-bubbly white cap, decent stay and some foamy lacing. Those hops that give that coriander sour-grassiness that I love is right here in the nose. The taste shows some spiciness over golden malts. The finish is quite dry for a lager, making this one real easy to drink and enjoy a lower alcohol content.

500ml bottle from the brewery that pours a very slight unfiltered bright golden-amber colour with warm light-beige head, decent retention and some nice creamy lacing streaks. Some funk in the nose with those vinous notes and mild earthiness. Some booze, some caramel, some peaches and hints of wheat giving bananas. The taste shows some Brett action with the sourness, funkiness and again, mild earth. Fruity flavours with the sour turning into a bit of dryness, that keeps on going. Hints of Juniper, vanilla from the gin barrel and all is well-blended in here. A very interesting brew.
