Clean golden colour with a fizzy white cap that dissipates very quickly, with no lacing at all. Fruity pomegranate aromas with some vinegar notes and lots of sourness. Again, the Lactobacillus funk and fruitiness with vinegar action shows up in the flavours. Wet mouthfeel turning a little on the dry side in the end. A good fruity sour ale.

Mildy hazy bright yellow colour with a big white frothy head, very good retention and some nice creamy lacing. Lemon peel nose with some soft yeast. The taste shows the citrus-lemon zest, mildly with some nice light bitterness and dryness. Gets hazier and small particles float around. Refreshing citrusy IPA.

Aromas of fresh bread and herbaceous hops with a floral touch. Olfactory characteristic of Vienna and Saaz. Golden and clear liquid covered with a small effervescent and ephemeral foam. The tones of bread and herbs are repeated in the mouth and are accompanied by subtle floral and spicy notes. Quite acceptable, but it has nothing to make it stand out. On tap at Beyond the Pale, pours black with a reddish tinge and a small tan head. Aroma brings out lots of bready malt, some oats, and a touch of dark fruits. Flavour is chewy, with lots of oats, some roast, lots of bready malt, and some dark fruits. Has a nice sweetness and bitterness to it. Cohesive and well-structured, but just shy of being excellent.

On tap at Beyond the Pale, pours black with a small beige head. Aroma brings out light roast, a sort of Irish character to the malt — very bready — and a touch of dark fruits. Flavour is much the same, with an Irish bready malt character and a touch of dark fruits. Decent body, with a bready malt character, and chewy palate. Not bad.

On tap at Beyond the Pale, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma is off-putting, with unfermented wort, bready malt and gentle English bittering hops. Flavour isn't a whole lot better, with bready malt and subdued bitterness. Lacking depth and that unfermented wort character is detracting. Not too good.

On tap at Beyond the Pale, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma is subdued, with crisp crackery malt and subdued spicy hops. Flavour is gentle on the hopping, with subdued spicy grassy hopping and biscuity malt. Unremarkable and lacking bite. Okay.

Slightly hazy, bright golden colour with a frothy white cap, decent stay and some nice foamy lacing. Grainy, cereal malt nose with some grassy hops. The taste starts on a cereal note and mild hops appears to bring it to the finish. A decent dryness occurs. Some light bitterness builds. This is an easy APA to swallow.

This second edition of the Delicious IPA pours a hazy bright-yellow colour with a frothy, bubbly cap, long retention and some soapy-foamy lacing patches. Citrus aromas with zest, juices and some pineapple, hints of grass. The taste shows a little more bitterness with the juicy base. Some nice dryness in the finish. So, more fruitiness in the nose and a tad more bitterness in the mouth.

Clean light-yellow colour with a nice creamy-frothy white head, good retention and leaving some thick foamy lacing. Beautiful aromas of hops that give out cilantro notes and other fresh grassy ones. The mouthfeel is crisp and has enough dryness to linger through. The taste shows decent bitterness over the malt base which is not too sweet. More grainy, cereal-like, Another nice Focus beer.
