Had this beer so many times before, as a nice regular of theirs, but just realized I had not rated this one. It is time. Lightly hazy golden colour with an amber hue. White frothy head, smaller than most, average retention but with some thick creamy lacing and coating over the brew. Cereal malt base with some fruity notes and mild herbal hops. The mouthfeel is on the thicker side, but the hops cut this to a dry finish. Again, some light fruitiness in the flavours with decent grassy hops. Quite a nice well-balanced, not hopbomb, not juicy IPA.

Clean bright light-golden colour with a frothy white head, average retention and some tiny lacing spots. Straw cereal malt aromas at first, but the hops do come out to take over - with lots of green grassy bites. The taste starts with the German malt grain sweetness that lingers in the back, but hops to cut it eventually. Not a crazy dryness, so the brew is farily crisp, and pretty refreshing. Feels like a hopier Pils in the nose, and premium lager in the taste.

Fairly clean, golden colour, with a few particles of different sizes, all transparent. The head is white, frothy, decent lasting with some nice foamy lacing. Aromas of a mild caramel malt base, with some nice citrus zest notes and light grassiness. Orange and grapefruit peel for taste, with the pretty big dry finish... that lingers. A good DIPA, that is not juicy, but well-blended to go down... and bring down this shitty last year.

Hazy golden colour with an amber hue, a big white bubbly, frothy head, good retention and some small patches of lacing are left. Cirtus peel aromas over some milder juices from them in the background. The flavours are the same (oranges, lemons) with some decent dryness in the finish, lingering the citrus zest. Hints of oats a felt. A pretty good dry, lightly juicy Pale ale.

Very slightly unfiltered, golden-yellow colour with a frothy white cap, decent stay and some thick foamy lacing. Lightly sweet malt nose at first with some cereal grain notes. Eventually, the spicy Saaz hops do come out. The taste shows the cereal malts with some mild grassy, hoppiness creating a smooth dry finish. This one really shows the beauty of one malt and one hop of a Pilsner's life.

Can that pours a clean, light golden-yellow colour with a nie frothy white cap, good stay and leaving some nice sticky lacing. Mild grassy hop nose over straw malts. Maybe a little peppery with time. Crisp mouthfeel with some decent grassiness again, hints of citrus and decent light dryness in the finish. This cuts the sweet malt base, so does down nicely all-around.

Pours a clean, bright light-yellow colour with a white cap that has good stay and leaves enough lacing. Apple nose with the balance between the grassy hops and straw malts. The apple notes are still there in the taste, but with the grassiness elevating a little, with the malts in the background. A clean, crisp and refreshing Pilsner-style light lager. Nice!
