Tallboy at Town in Ottawa. Hazy nearly opaque dull yellow goldenrod pour with big head. Aroma is rich tropical fruit hops with yeasty farminess. Yum. Taste follows. Bright! Juicy. Farmhouse. Really tasty. Big rich palate too.

Bottle: Poured a pale yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy, grapefruit and light tropical notes is quiet awesome. Taste is a wonderful mix of citrusy and grapefruit floral notes with some tropical fruits notes and some light residual sugar notes with some subtle bitter flavours. Body is about average with good carbonation. Wonderful juicy APA with great drinkability. Definitely the best from this series.

A hazed golden saison with a thin white head, lacing. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with pungent piney hops, tropical fruit, light Brett, light lactic notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with loads of tropical fruits, guava, citrus pulp, floral resinous hops, very nice and refreshing. Mini growler from the brewery.

Growler: Poured a light golden ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some minor lacing notes. Aroma of unrefined grain and light hoppy notes is not as pleasant as I would have liked. Taste has light unrefined grainy notes with some light citrusy hops notes with some bitter notes in the aftertaste. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. There is something slightly off with the malt bill that didn’t work out for me with this beer.
