Growler: Poured a pale yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy and light tropical fruits notes is quite pleasant. Taste is also dominated by citrusy and tropical fruit notes with light chardonnay and funky hoppy notes with a touch of residual sugar. Body is about average with good carbonation. I love Nelson Sauvin hops and this beer showcased them very well.

Tap: Poured a clear dark brown color ale with a large off-white foamy head with OK retention and some lacing. Aroma of dry chocolate notes with some roasted malt is pretty interesting. Taste is dominated by super dry roasted malt notes with light black chocolate notes and some light spicy undertones from the rye malt. Body is about average with good carbonation. Pretty good porter but maybe a tad dryer then I would have liked.

Growler: Poured a deep clear brown color ale with a large light brown foamy head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma of dry caramelized malt notes with some light grainy notes. Taste is mostly dominated by dry caramelized malt with grainy notes and light cereal notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable beer but a bit too dry for my taste and lacking a bit of peat malt which would render things more interesting.

Can: Poured a hazy pale yellow color ale with a small foamy head with OK retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of citrusy and floral hoppy notes with light grassy undertones. Taste is also dominated by floral grassy notes with some citrusy and light piney notes with light bitter aftertaste. Body is pretty full for style with OK carbonation. Pretty interesting but falls a bit short on carbonation.

Bottle shared by Tom, thanks! Pours a hazy very light gold with a pink hue, visible carbonation and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma is mild with earthy grain and a light tart cherry note. Flavor is mild a well with a bit of tartness and a light sweet grain note.
