A golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with loads of citrusy floral hops, grapefruit pulp, nice and pleasant, well done. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with loads of citrusy resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, clover field, loads of c-hops, very nice.

A hazed golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light funky herbaceous character, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, grapefruit pulp, alcohol warmth, very nice and smooth. On tap at brewery.

A clear brown scotch ale with a thick mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with light peated notes, grassy hops, light mineral notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet caramel malt with light peated notes, grassy hops, light mineral notes, light musty character, nice. On tap at brewery.

Growler: Poured a medium amber color ale with a nice large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hops with light dry caramel malt notes also noticeable. Taste is a mix of citrusy hops with some earthy dry caramel malt notes and a bitter finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. Not bad but more bitter then I usually like with a bit too much dry caramel malt.

Can: Poured a pale yellow color ale with a nice large white foamy head with excellent retention and lacing. Aroma of citrusy and light tropical fruit notes is quite pleasant. Taste is also a nice mix of citrusy and tropical fruit notes with almost no bitterness and light pale malt presence. Body is light with great carbonation. Nice APA with good hops presence and easily quaffable.

Growler: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a large brown foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of roasted malt with deep coffee notes and light dry black chocolate notes. Taste is dominated by strong coffee notes with some roasted malt with light black chocolate and a smooth oat finish. Body is pretty full with good carbonation and no apparent alcohol. Quite enjoyable but maybe tad too much coffee notes for my own taste.

Growler: Poured a nice clear golden color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some good lacing. Aroma of rose water with fruity ester, candi sugar and some lightly peppery yeast notes. Taste is overly dominated by rose water notes with some fruity ester, too much candi sugar and some light peppery yeast notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. OKish but too sweet and too perfumy for my taste.

Taste is a mix of fresh green hops with some citrusy and tropical fruit notes with some floral undertones. Body is about average with good carbonation. Pretty solid APA with nice hops flavours.

Growler: Poured a hazy deep blonde color ale with nice foamy head with good retention and some light lacing. Aroma of fresh green hops notes with some citrusy notes. Taste is a good mix pf citrusy hops with fresh green notes and some light tropical fruits with a dry and lightly bitter finish. Body is average with good carbonation. Another solid IPA from this brewery.
