Clear, pale straw coloured with a bubbly / frothy white head. Fruity, hoppy nose, light, fresh and fruity with a dollop of citrus hop bitterness, some floral notes and light malt shining through

I'd like to echo Martin's rate. I can't believe I've never had this! Handpull cask at the Salmon, Leicester. Dark gold, clear with uneven white head. Metallic aroma, some citrus, slightly floral. Sweet taste, a little bit of a sour kickback. Full body, no carbonation. Is it a bad beer, or is it in bad condition? Was surprisingly uncrazy about this.

Absolutely gobsmacked to discover than I’d never drunk this beer before ! [At least since my records began 12 years ago]. Anyway, cask at Bull & Stirrup, Chester. Pours a slightly hazy golden yellow with medium sized off=white head and excellent lacing. Is slow to settle but does so eventually. There’s yeast and floral hops in the aroma, plus a few traces of malts. In the mouth sweetness and bitterness vie for supremacy within a creamy texture. Flavour initially has corn, malts and traditional hops but later there are hints of ginger, herbs and citrus, This was surprisingly nice – better than their other mainstream beers,

440ml can from Salopian Brewery. Drunk at home admiring the sun. Pours gold with a fine mist, small white head. Aroma has a good fresh lemony bouquet. Much more lemon presence coming through to taste compared to standard Lemon Dream, with a solid malt base. Just a wonderfully balanced, moreish beer this.

Cask @ Salopian Brewery. Pours a deep amber, slightly misty, good off-white head. Smooth, creamy full bodied bitter.. quite malty, cereal with some twigs, good hoppy bitterness. Not bad.

Keg @ Salopian Brewery. Pours opaque yellow, small white head. No information on the pumpclip about the beer. Took a swig without knowing anything about the beer and found it a bit odd. As if exotic fruit juice had been added in the glass half and half with a pale ale. My Reid below passed by and informed me it was a pineapple IPA. Didn't really come across as an IPA. Perhaps a tangy hoppy bitterness, finishing dry.. medium bodied. Malt base appears lacking. Not sure about this one.
