Bottle, quite deep gold color, lots of baked and dried apples and minerals, quite sweetbutvwithcjustca bit of sourness to complement. Quite nice and enjoyable.

Clear golden. Mushy, applesauce, woody, dried fruit, distant rubberband. Nice bio cider.

Bottle shared. Clear deep golden with some fizzy head. Sweet apple, caramel, light earthy funk, mineral, dry old wood, sweet slight oxidized apple juice. Solid medium sweet, light bitter and very light tart. Medium bodied. Quite OK.

75cl bottle from, I think Carrefour. Clear gold, aroma is fairly rich with caramelised apple. Taste continues, pleasant caramelised fruit, brown sugar with gentle vanilla and custard suggestions. Gently sweet. Really nicely rounded. Great cidre.

Bottle from DelMart Anděl. Ruby body, off white head. Full ripe apple aroma, some red fruit undertones. The taste starts off sweet and fruity, nicely so, before it goes unbalanced, remarkably sour and astringent. Odd balance but can't hate it. Hmm.

Bottle, DelMart. Orange-amber, off white head, fleeting, but some traces stay forever. Odd sweet-tart-tannic, fermented apple, brown sugar. Odd sweet taste, light dried figs, fermented apple. Better than the aroma! Not terrible but this 0.25 is enough it's so sweet.

Bottle from Cora. Smooth mild beginning. Tart fruity beginning. Tannins, apples, lots of fruitiness. Depth and Tannins, fruity dry ripe apples.
