@ BXLfest 2017. Dorée voire paille, col blanc. Arôme au bouquet fruité mettant bien les effluves sur les pommes, effet finement caramélisé arrive en retrait avec une petite touche rappelant presque une pâte pâtissière pomme, farineux. Palais est agréable, rondement bien mené dans l'usage de jus de pommes pressé maison pour démarreur de fermentation. Le tout rappelant une sorte d'apple cobbler avec un complément plaisant de houblon fleuri. Le malt reste quasi en retrait laissant plein avantage aux pommes. Fin de bouche bien agréable, rien ressenti de l'effet Calva, mais peut être cela qui contribue à l'effet de douceur latente en toute fin de bouche.

Thank you for sharing Martinus! Sampled draft @ BXLBeerFest 2017. Orange murky. Nose is poorer & stranger than the taste, weird green bell pepper, hay, funky, strange. Taste is lovely tastes like vinegar Rosé wine, pucerking, sour lemonade berries. Fizzy bodied. Quit refreshing & nice, smell is very weird.

Thank you for sharing Martinus! Sampled draft @ BXLBeerFest 2017. Weirdly milky pale overripe fruit citrus golden, uhm okay. Taste is weird spoiled yoghurt, milky overripe fruit. Taste is weak spoiled yoghurt, yeast & soap. Body is the same bland. Is it supposed to be like that even? Poor.

Thank you for sharing Martinus! Sampled draft @ BXLBeerFest 2017. Orange, white head. Nose is mellow dirty stone fruit. Taste is mellow stone fruit, yeast, dull orange. Yeast & bland. Shockingly bland & dull beer given the context, I think that due to the very high ABV the lacto didn’t get enough time to start doing anything.

Thank you for sharing adamnowek! 330 ml. bottle sampled @ RBBSG17. Dark brown to black, little tanned head. Nose is heavily roasted, herbal, cacao. Sweet upfront in taste, dark fruits, cacao, herbal, bitter herbal, dry finish, sweetness upfront,… Rather interesting, decent.
