7.7% A clear amber-orange with a thick light beige head. The taste is honey and malts with big fruity notes and also light cloves. Estery and aromatic. The beer is medium-light in body and dry. Crisp, fruity and white pepper with honey and light biscuit. As these guys went out of business, try them while you can.

OnTap very light pale yellow Thin ring of white bubbles. Very pale faint light grain flavors. Not much of the French saison yeast characteristic. Lingering touch of soap at the end.

At the source: pours pale gold with a white head. Aroma is funky with flowers. Taste is light floral and funky. Easy to drink with much flavor. Recommend.

At the source: purplish with whitish head. Aroma is funky currants. Taste is delicate and tart and even a bit creamy. Nice fruity aftertaste. Good beer all around.

At the source: pours clear yellow with white head. Aroma is hefty bits of yuzu with farmhouse aromas. Taste is yuzuesque, but plenty of farmhouse and brettyish yeast in there.
