Hazy pale blond color. Aroma of lemonade and candies. Lean mouthfeel, lemon peel, quite good body, delicate elements, and a bit of astringency in the final.
Very good.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of citrus upfront, followed by light funk. Flavour is very citrusy and bright, with lots of floral character, citrus and light funk. Very bright and the citrus is well-incorporated. Very good.

Draft - Big bright Yuzu notes. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Lots of Yuzu and a great bright clean finish. Super drinkable.

[ As The Commons Zeven ].Unclear medium to dark red brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, cacao notes, moderate yeasty, belgium yeast, dark fruit, brown sugar, light spicy yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, abbey dubbel yeast - belgium yeast, dark fruit, belgium yeast, brown sugar - candy, sweet yeast, light spicy yeast ala - anis seed. Bottle from the Commons. Hazy golden pour, active bottle, but pours flat. Aroma is full and fragrant, grass, hay and grapes. Taste ramps up the tartness, but not too much, saison in nature. Light and easy to drink, floral, meadow. Nice!
