Slightly aged Huge, very light yellowish head, over very lively carbonated copper-golden beer. Ginger, indeed, but quite mildly so, flowery, floral, quite attractive nose. Ginger, but again subtle enough to be enjoyable. Hopnotes are almost imperceptible. Well-carbonated (even over- ); very slick to oily. Interesting... but yet not one to keep drinking over and over. Txs to Stefaan!

Cask-conditioned at Cellar 59, Lyme Regis 7/7/2016. Dark brown in colour, with a frothy, off-white, head. Aroma of red berries, tangerines, citrus hops and sweetish malts. Flavour was similar, with bready malts, berry and citrus fruit, whiff of pine, and a dryish finish. Enjoyable.

Forever Bury Beer Festival 2016. Cloudy pale yellow. Ale textured saisob with a mild floralness alongside fruits. Not too much rye for me.

Cask at EBF 23, 24/03/16. Hazed golden orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is bitter orange, straw, grapefruit shreds. Taste comprises light pine needle, citric tinged straw, tangerine, red grapefruit, soft bread. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with a juicy hop flicker. A really solid effort with plenty of flavour for the ABV.
