The Gyle 59 Brewery. Spring fed, log powered, propane driven, unfined, hazy crazy artisan beers. We want you to notice what you are drinking.

All our beers are created with one thing in mind - flavour. We are lucky enough to have a unique supply of spring water which we are using to good effect allowing the many different qualities of our ingredients to shine through.

Cask at Egham USC Beer festival 2014, Egham, Surrey. A dark brown/black coloured pour with a medium beige head on top. Roasty, malty, chocolate aroma. Tastes roasty, malty, slight chocolate, dark fruit.

Cask at Egham USC Beer festival 2014, Egham, Surrey. A hazy golden/amber coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Hoppy, citrus aroma. Tastes hoppy, citrus, grapefruit, slight sweetness detected too. Highly drinkable stuff.

Cask at the Gun winter fest, 31/01/14. Lightly hazed pale golden orange with a big old off white head - a handsome beer. Nose is floral, earthy hops, light apricot, tangerine, straw. Taste comprises mandarin, earthy hop tang, bread dough, citric rind. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, tangy light tropcial strains in the closure. Solid APA.

Gravity dispense at the Gun winter fest, 31/01/14. Extremely dark mahogony brown with a moderate beige head that dissipates to spotting. Nose is big on liqourice, light roast, aniseed, dark toffee. Taste comprises star anise, light roast, toffee, earthy, spice, liqourice. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough porter on gravity.

Bottle at the Gun BF in them there Docklands, 31/01/14. Hazed mahogony brown with a moderately appointed light tan head/swirl. Nose is light roast, earthy, dark toffee, bitter chocolate. Taste comprises light roast, subtle cocoa, toffee fudge, hoppy backnotes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying closure. Decent enough Porter.

Bottle at the Gun BF in them there Docklands, 31/01/14. Lightly hazed pale golden with a moderate white swirl atop the glass. Nose is light florals, peach, bitter orange, straw, mandarin. Taste comprises earthy hops, floral, bread dough, mandarin, grass. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi dry finish. Decent punchy hoppy offering.

Cask at the gin winter ale festival. Hazed golden colour with a sticky lasting white froth and some lace. Aroma is nice spicy citrus hop. Some lemon rind and grapefruit. Flavour is spicy orange pith grainy wheat malt with some dough. Finisish is clean grapefruit solid bitterness. Poundable.
