Description
Fremont Brewing was born of our love for our home and history as well as the desire to prove that beer made with the finest local ingredients – organic when possible --, is not the wave of the future but the doorway to beer's history. Starting a brewery in the midst of the Great Recession is clearly an act of passion. We invite you to come along with us and enjoy that passion -- because beer matters.

Served at the House of Hops US beer tasting, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a hazy golden orange colour with a thin white head. The aroma is grainy, light toffee. The flavour is moderate bitter, with fresh, crisp, earthy, light piney, light citrus, hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Panda thanks to Cloin. Hazy dark brown beer, small bubbly tan head. Smooth palate, mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Smooth malts, rich caramel and a little dark toffee. Alcohol spice in the mid as we move into smooth but rich bourbon soaked fruits. Touch of oak induced vanilla. Smooth finish leaves a long ripe fruity bourbon and vanilla linger. Wow. Nothing out of the usual here. It's a BBA BW after all but, bloody hell, does it do every element absolutely spot on. Gorgeous.

Can at Finnoo tasting. thx tiong.
Poured pitch black in color, off white head.
Sweet chocolate flavors, vanilla and cinnamon. Light nutty, perfumy notes. Cinnamon power. Still a tasty brew.

From Good Times Oakland, canned July 29th.
Pours a pale gold, clear, finger of foam, retention and lacing very good.
Smell is tropical fruit, some dank notes, malty sweetness, and yes, dank notes are definitely there.
Taste is sweet and dank, caramel and tropical fruit, little bit spicy, some pine and orange zest, citrus, no sign of the substantial alcohol.
Close to full bodied, I would certainly drink this again.
