12 oz. Bottle pours out a orange-amber color. with a white head. Nothing that great. It is a little to pale ale for me.

Hazy light amber color. Light hoppy aroma, lightly fruity. Medium malty body, with a reasonable amount of hops; the hops are lightly fruity and a bit herbal (camomile). Drinkable.

Poured a clear amber color with a minimal white head. Smells of citrus and hops, tastes of the same with malts and some floral tones. Smooth to drink with a pleasant hops finish. --- Beer merged from original tick of Bachelor Bitter on 29 Dec 2006 at 17:18 - Score: Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7. Original review text: Bottle: Nice amber pour with a thin white head. Starts off with a malty sweetness and then lots of citrus and floral hops, plenty of bitterness in the end. Thanks, Leah!

Pours a dark amber ale color with an ample tan/amber head. Aroma is citrus filled and a bit sweet. Taste is full of citrus, mainly grapefruit, caramels, and hoppiness. Finish is clean with a distinct citrus feel and a dry sweet/sour taste.

Bottle Pours a deep golden amber. Cloudy and with a modest sized but dence and creamy light tan head. Lots of citrusy hop aroma. Flavor is full and rich. Dominated by the bittering hops and the fairly strong ABV is evident. A bit of a heavyweight IPA and a nice lingering dry puckering bitter aftertaste.

Draught Hazy dark amber; small yellowish head. Rich cookie or cake bottom malts holding up some nice USA hops that manage not to overpower the aroma. Taste yields again this cake or pie-like maltrichness, giving a slightly chocolatey or dark bread-like flavour. Chewy MF, alcoholburn, rich texture. Good, rich BW up to any standards. Nowhere exclusive greatness, but not a single weak point.

Thanks to Droopy49 for this! Long lasting, creamy off white head with a medium amber body. Well balanced, but not too extreme. Nice dry finish that follows a predictable west coast IPA flavor and aroma profile.
