Bottle, 2021 vintage. Roasted malt aroma with notes of vanilla, chocolate, licorice, molasses, whiskey and oak. Pours deep brown with a thin mocha brown head that has little retention and little lacing. Starts with rich roasted malt, chocolate, licorice and oak flavors as well as having a rich, full body and silky smooth mouthfeel. Finishes quite smooth with molasses, whiskey and vanilla flavors. Really nice barrel aged black butte that held up well in the cellar.

Panda thanks to Cloin. Pretty much a clear gold beer, small bubbly off white head. Soft palate, modest fine carbonation. Smooth pale malts, sweet enough. The hops bring candyish ripe pineapple and a touch of well rounded citrus. Mild bitterness on the soft finish. Tasty but, could do with a bit more carbonation.

A classical and solid stout that I have shared with my wife, two days ago, some happiness during this wet and sad summer. Classical one, roasted malt, coffee, cacao, little note of vanilla, smooth, mineral and syrupy, floral and aromatic, enjoyable, 14.07.21, at Epalinges.

Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Golden body with a faint haze. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of pine and orange zest. Flavour of grapefruit and bitter hops. Medium body with a slick texture. Soft fizz. Bold and bitter.

Panda from Colin. Cheers. A hazy-opaque amber-orange. Thin frothy translucent white head. Powerful aroma - big and fruity. Citrus with a sour edge. Spice. Some resin. Marmalade. Flavourwise it's tangy and sour with a big sugary sweet streak. Funky. Slightly vinous. Spice and herbs. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft average carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Decent.

Sweet doppelbock, nice barrel. Medium brown. I like the way the barrel lends dryness to this, it comes across with a lot less sweetness than the base

Bottle at home shared with Laura. Opaque black color, virtually no head. Aroma is malts, roasted malts, some coffee. Flavor is malts, coffee, roasty, malty bitter. Medium body and soft carbonation. Okay. Expected more tbh.
