Can at home, from Beer Merchants online, 05/04/2026.
Moderately hazed golden orange topped with a good sized just off white head that settles to a swirl.
Nose is pineapple, grass, melon, mandarin, soft malts.
Taste comprises orange peel, grass, pineapple, grapefruit, faint pine needle.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy hop bitterness.
Okay easy drinking and old skool leaning DIPA. Fine to sip but doesn't deliver the bitterness and hop dynamic I crave in this era!

12 oz can. Aroma is juicy citrus, piney, bready, dank. Pours hazy orange with a half finger bone-white head with decent retention. Taste has a light pithy bitterness backed by bready malt sweetness. A little over three months old, so it’s not the freshest.

Bottle shared with Joen. Dark brown to black color, average sized beige head. Aroma is malts, roast. Flavor is malts, roast, dark malts. Unfortunately some off-flavors, but I guess the bottle is a bit old so to be expected.

Pour is a cloudy gold with a large white head. Aroma is neutral grain with some crushed aspirin. Flavor is some white bread malt with a little lemon hop bite at the end. I don't know what kernza brings to this beer but it's on par with other craft light lagers.
