Location: Draft at Ginger Man (NYC), 8/15/13
Aroma: The nose is full of floral and spice, with some yeast and fruit notes as well
Appearance: It pours a clear reddish orange color lasting beige head and sheeting lace
Flavor: The taste is floral and a little funky up front, with some spice in mid-late palate
Palate: The body is medium-plus, fairly full bodied for a Saison, with a tingly, spicy finish
Overall Impression: This is some interesting stuff. I may not have necessarily put this combo together, but it worked pretty well.

The Growler, NY tap ($7): Pours golden with a white head. Aroma is light hops, with some bready malts. Taste is moderately hoppy, but it is really a mellow and sessionable APA. Ain’t nothing much to it.
