Description
We create our own beer recipes – with homemade malt (BOM means Belgische Originele Moutbakkerij or Belgian Original Maltbakery) forming the basis for a secret composition of ingredients, called a “BOM package” – that we brew according to the principles of a gypsy-brewery. The Triporteur beers are our point of departure and our basic beers. Besides those, we also launch a special beer line with once-off products.

Bottle, bb 4/28. Very dark red with a dense beige head. Aroma of dark bread, prunes, almonds. Moderately sweet - not as rich as expectd with dried fruit, almonds, some licorice & roasted malt. Quite firm spicy bitterness at the end. Doesn't offer a whole lot for its strength.

Wenig getreidiger, minimal hefiger Beginn, der so ziemlich alles vermissen lässt, was ein Wit ausmacht. Halbwegs frisch, später pappig, kein Nachgeschmack. Durchgefallen. 8/4/5/5/8/4

Smells flowery, more like a triple/blond, slightly fruity sourness, sour dough, not a typical kvass (had only one though) , the whole bottle would be too much..
