12 oz can bought in Boston, MA. Clear dark mahogany pour with a tan head and good retention. Minimal lacing. Dark molasses and almond flavor. I'm not picking up much coconut flavor. A little thin for a porter. 6.0 ABV is well hidden.

Can pour into nonic pint glass from Hannaford. Appearance is hazy (fine dark particulates), light yellow-orange with fair sparkle, finger-width fizzy white head with poor retention and no lacing. Aroma is citrus, fruit and spices. Taste is citrus, resin with earth and herbs. Palate is light-to-medium bodied with frothy texture, soft carbonation and earthy, lightly bitter finish. Overall, I wish the taste had been as interesting as the aroma, but not bad for a session.
