Cask at the St Albans beer festival 2023. A clear golden orange coloured pour with a fading loose greyish head. Aroma is semi sweet, interesting green hop, hedgerow, pine, weed. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, nutty malts, pine, green liquorice, lime zest, woody citrus. Nice English hop character. Assertive hop bitterness. Palate is semi sweet, resin, good cask condition.

Cask at the St Albans beer festival 2023. A light hazed pale yellow straw coloured pour with a fine white cap. Aroma is unusual green hop, lime squeeze, opal fruits, loose wheat. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, floury wheat grains, firm layered citrus, grass, green liquorice. Palate is light grains, wheat, mellow cask condition. Good.

Cask at the St Albans beer festival 2023. A clear mid golden orange coloured pour with a lasting loose white head. Aroma is nice sticky chewy hop, pine sap, orange rind, toffee. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, rounded toffee sweetness, chewy pine sap, firm grassy piney hop bitterness. Palate is semi sweet, rounded, chewy, decent cask condition.

Hand-pulled half-pint on 25th September 2023, Salopian Bar, Shrewsbury. Clean golden body, white crown. Yet another citrusy hopped beer, new hop variety for me (I think). Nothing wrong with this, just getting a little bored with the endless golden beers tasting of citrus fruits.

Hand-pulled pint at the Wrekin Inn, Wellington Shropshire on 24th September 2023. Amber pour, white crown. Fruity little number with a citrus leaning, decent malty base gives a sweetness before the hops kick in again for a semi-bitter finish.

Cask at the Seven Stars, Stourbridge. Pours dull gold with a large head. Aroma is grassy, grainy mango. Taste has hoppy mango, grass and straw throughout. Lemon aftertaste. Grainy mouthfeel.

Uklar lys gul med lite hvitt skum som legger seg rundt kanten. Aroma tropisk frukt mango pasjonsfrukt havre humle malt. Smak tropisk frukt furunål pasjonsfrukt humle havre malt gjær. Fyldig, fruktig, bitter. Godt øl. Delt med Synny. Boks fra VP Langnes

Can. Appearance - very pale yellow with a haze. White head. Nose - lemon, pine, resin, an edge of pineapple. Taste - a bit grassy and resinous then creamy pineapple. Palate - light bodied, fruity sweet middle and dry finish. Overall - pretty good.
