Keg at Sir Walter Scott, Edinburgh Airport. It pours clear pale greenish gold with a tiny white head. The nose is.soft, juicy, sweet apple, pear, melon, apple pie, caramelized sugars and fruit pie. The taste is sweet apple, light tartness, melon, honey, mild sugary, acidity, touch of mouth-pucker with a short, sweet apple finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. It’s a bit sweet for the likes of me, but a getting through a half was no bother.
