Cask at Tapped Leeds. Basically apple juice, with a light kick. Flat, and sweet. Not my thing.

50cl bottle from Provenance Wines. Appearance - amber with no head. Nose - not getting much apple but really big ethanol note. Taste - more of the same. No fruit but plenty of alcohol. Palate - not much body texture or refreshment. Just alcohol burn. Overall - really disappointed. This is my favourite style of cider but this bares no resemblance to anything I’ve had from the West Country.

On cask at the Bow Bar. Appearance - some head. The top third of the glass has a haze. Nose - dried fruit such as orange maybe some fruit. Taste - as Neil says it just tastes like fresh apple juice. Palate - medium bodied with a big tangy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - better than I expected.
