Bottle: Clear, light gold, streaming bubbles...quick white head. Light, apple-peel, pear nose....a hint of wood. Taste is the same...white fruit elements, plus a nice, woody and whiskey tint.... A well-done, full bodied, rich cider. Lovely.

Cask @ Pikkulintu
Aroma is yeasty with some ripe apples and distant peaty notes. Also some fruit sugar. Flavour is odd with very ripe apples, some mellow whisky tones and peat. Watery but interesting; a disappointment still.
