Taste is sweet, apple, ripe fruity, wood barrel, whisky, oak, vanilla, boozy. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying finish. Quite drinkable. Ratebeer score 6 3 7 3 13 = 3.2

Taste is sweet, honey, toffee, fruity, plus hints of wood & whisky, along with sour apple notes. Slightly syrupy mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, dryish & sweet appley finish. Quite drinkable.

500ml bottle. Clear yellow gold colour, bubbly white head that quickly dissapears and strong ginger aroma. Taste is spicy ginger root with an earthy edge and some apple cider notes. Medium bodied, low carbonation, some residual sweetness. OK.

Half liter bottle from Beer Run, 12/13/13. Pours a clear golden color with a thin bit of white head that quickly fades. Aroma of heavy ginger, floral notes, spice and mild apples. The taste is tart and sweet apples backed by heavy ginger and some earthy notes. Medium bodied, lingering ginger and spiciness. Solid cider.
