Description
First brewed in Spring 2010 as the Wheatsheaf Inn based at Wheatsheaf Inn, High Street, Llantrisant, Pontyclun. It was originally owned by Celt Experience. In 2011 it brewed for a short time using the name Korev, before settling on the current name in Spring 2012 when it separated from Celt Experience. It moved to its current address in Spring 2013 where an 11BBL plant was used. Experimental beers are produced under the Hopcraft banner. Brewing ceased in early 2019.

Fra cask på Hopbunker Cardiff 2 Mai 17. Mørk rubinrød. Lavt skum med litt farge. Litt lacing. Aroma av røstet malt. Smaken det samme med innslag av tørr sjokolade. Behagelig tørr bitter avslutning.

Fra keg på Teign Cellars Newton Abbot 27 Apr 17. Varm gyldengul. Høyt kritthvitt kremaktig skum som daler sakte. Uklar. Litt lacing. Aroma av fersken & mango. Smaken syrlig frukt. Sitron. Grei.

Fra cask på Euston Tap East, London 26 Apr 17 sammen med Rune. Gylden. Lavt skum med litt lacing. God plommearoma. Smaken søte plommer. Lett tørr ettersmak.

Cask at the Stockbridge tap. Pours black, nose is coconut, chocolate, caramel, lemon, taste is similar, smooth, bitter, lots of coconut.

Cask, 5 % abv, shared with Finn at Hopbunker. Lasting, patchy fawn-coloured head, spotty lacing, near-black body. Aroma of sweet dark malts, hints of cocoa. Mid-sweet malty flavours, doughy, some prunes and cocoa. Roasted endnotes. Nice in smaller amounts, a tad too sweet in the long run. (Cardiff 02.05.2017).

Keg, shared with Finn at Hopbunker. Deep rosewood coloured body under a stable fawn-coloured head. Fair lacing. Slightly roasted aromas with notes of liquorice and grainy chocolate. Dark doughy flavours joined by moments of liquorice and toffee. Roasted, mid-sweet malty finish. Medium bodied. Pleasant. (Cardiff 02.05.2017).
