Cask @ The Holy Inadequate, Stoke-on-Trent. Pours murky golden yellow, small white head. Poured initially, only for the barman to head down to the cellar, return, pull half a jug, then pull a half again. Full of floaters with a carpet of sediment at the bottom of the glass. Bits of sediment re-appearing on the palate. I get how murk-bombs are a thing at the moment, but I feel this was more a bottom-of-the-barrel type thing. Taste was straight-up blonde-ale territory, little cascade shining through. Perhaps a fresh barrel might produce a different beer. Scored objectively.

Bottle shared at Cotteridge convention 05/03/2016. Thanks to Sarky. A translucent yellow /straw coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is subdued, faint mineral, citrus, straw light malts. Flavour is composed of straw, tangy, pithy lemon rind, polen and some floral notes. . Spicy hop action. Palate is medium light bodies, highish carbonation. Good.
