Bottle at home, 11/03/16. Hazed orange golden with a decent off white head that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is orange peel, straw, bitter hop, light mango strains, toasted bread. Taste comprises pulped mango, pine, orange pith, tangerine, grain, bitter citric peel, toasted malt. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi aggressive hop bitterness in the close. Solid hoppy pale.

Bottle shared at the Cotteridge Convention - 2016 edition. Cheers! Pours unclear brown with a creamy, tan head. The nose holds burnt toast, pine, light earth. Medium sweet flavour with more toasted bread, earthy bitterness, pine, pithy orange, citrus rind. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Lightly resinous on the finish with notes of burnt toast, grain, earth, light cocoa. Good CDA.

Bottle shared at the Cotteridge Convention - 2016 edition. Cheers! Pours clear gold with a fluffy, white head. The nose holds pithy citrus - lemon, tangerine. Lightly sweet, with flinty minerals, lemon peel, pine needles. Light in body with average carbonation. Finishes with some piney bitterness, more citrus peel and minerals. Not bad.

Bottle shared at the Cotteridge Convention - 2016 edition. Cheers! Pours clear red-brown with a frothy, off-white head. Toasty malts in the nose, light tangy fruits. Moderately sweet, with light char, cocoa, leathery fruits. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Drying on the finish, with further tangy berries and bittersweet cocoa. Just about OK.

Light to medium sweet flavour, with rindy bitterness, pithy citrus, orange, dry pale malts, light minerality. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Mellow rindy bitterness at the close, with more notes of tangerine. Nice one.

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines, Cotteridge, Birmingham, West Midlands, Friday 4th March 2016 Pours dark brown with a sticky off white head. A lovely streaky citrus stream runs through this, soft in the mouth, the hoppiness is a builder, it’s not instant. A little ashy roastiness, I like it, but it was a grower. A7 A4 T8 P4 Ov15 3.8

Cask. Shakespeare’s, Sheffield. Clear, pale gold. Messy, sticky, white head. Nose has crisp, clean, citric hop. Plenty of lemon and orange zest. Grainy malt background. Taste is punchy, pithy bitter. Light body. Very clean and crisp. Zesty bitter finish. Good sessioner, although it dries out a bit at the end.

Cask @ The Salopian Bar, Shrewsbury. Pours clear gold, small white head. Fruity tropical aroma. Taste is fresh smooth peachy smoothness, Finishes dry with a light bitterness. Decent.

[ As Hopcraft Blanc Expression ].Unclear light to medium orange - amber yellow color with a small to average, open and frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sour fruit, wheat ?, apple. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, sharp fruit, yeasty, sour fruit, bitter, unbalanced. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat to soft. [20141011]
