Cask at Craft 100. It pours clear gold with a small, bubbly white head. The aroma is fresh, oily, juicy, apricot, peach and a touch of danky grass. The taste is slick, oily, yellow plum, straw, grassy, floral, peppery and a touch of soap. Finish is pretty dry. Medium body and fine carbonation. Tasty hoppy gear.

Cask at Craft 100. It pours clear amber with a small off-white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, apricot, stone fruits, citrus peel and a hint of plastic. The taste is crisp, bitter, grapefruit, piney fresh, lemon verbena and hay with a pretty drying finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. A like aspects of this, but it is just a touch rough around the edges to be a game-changer.

Cask at Cafe Beermoth - Manchester. Pours clear, bright gold with a dense, lasting creamy white head. The nose has notes of lemon peel, minerals, pae grains. Light sweet flavour with some odd gingery notes, slight flinty minerals, bitter citrus rind, grainy pale malts. Light bodied with fine carbonation and creamy texture. So so balance on the finish, with some piney hops, light resin, grass, pale bread, citrus rind. Just OK overall.

Clear deep red - amber beer, good bubbly pale tan head. Airy palate, semi dry, modest fine carbonation. Thinnish dark malts, smooth but with a fair dose of roasty bitterness. Touches of coffee and tangy fruits. Floral bitterness builds towards and through the light finish. Some chocolate in the aftertaste and a long and fairly harsh bitter linger. Robust for it’s abv.

Hazy gold beer, small white head. Palate is light and dry with decent fine carbonation. Light pale malts, not that sweet. A little dry florlaness followed grapefruit and grapefruit peel. Mild bitterness. Fairly dry finish. Okay, bit thin.
