Description
Established in 2010, Revolutions is a music-inspired micro brewery producing a range of cask ales of all styles from pale ales through to stouts and porters. Home to the multi award-winning Swoon Chocolate Fudge Milk Stout. The brewery also holds beer from other breweries from Yorkshire and further afield and currently sources beer for many beer festivals across the UK.

Brewing ceased in March 2023.

Cask at The Craven Arms; light amber pour with frothy off white head, fruity aroma, taste has fruits along with some nutty action, sweet malts and a bitter finish.

500ml Bottle - Copper in colour. Orange peel, cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg in the aroma. Fruity and spicy taste with notes of cinnamon, orange, vanilla, cloves and some slightly smoky hints.

Cask at The Craven Arms; cloudy dark brown pour with off white head, roasted malt and fruit aroma, banana and spice taste with a hint of roasted malt.

Bottle from Blacker Hall Farm shop, near Wakefield. Boosh!! This is bad! BBE March 2014, but this is awful. Like iron filings. I’m just glad I got as part of a four for five quid offer.

Cask at the Birmingham Beer Festival 2013. Poured a very slightly hazy medium amber with a bubbly white head. The aroma is stale malt citrus fruit and weak spicy hop. The flavour is medium to weak bitter with a medium to weak bodied slightly watery palate and a liqourice bitter finish.

Cask @ Bricklayer’s Arms, Putney SW15. Pours a golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty weak hoppy aroma. Fruity malty weak citrus hoppy flavor. Has a fruity malty citrus hoppy finish.
