Bright copper colour. Toasty, with slight graham cracker malts and full sugary sweetness. Standard amber ale taste...caramel, light wood, vague bread and dull Willamette hops. Uneventful.

12 oz bottle. Pours deep copper to amber in color with nice lasting tan head. There was also some decent lacing leaving a trace of the beer that was being consumed. The aroma is light with a medium sweetness caramel malt and just a hint of hops. Fairly rich caramel maltiness in the flavor which pushes the boarder of dark fruit. Nice bit of pine to slightly grassy hop bitterness.

Heavily hopped with Saaz, the beer has a strong floral aroma and flavor. Cloudy golden pour with off-white head that diminishes quickly. Aroma of floral hops and earth and a bit of citrus. The flavor starts lightly sweet and moves to tart and bitter. Floral, doughy flavor that also has some orange rind. Fairly smooth palate. Lively carbonation. Enjoyable.

Clear light copper color with thin tan head. Medium to mild strength malty aroma with an even lighter hop note. The flavor however has a sizable malt component. There is also a breadiness and hop earthiness that go pretty well together. Enjoyable product.

22oz bomber 2006. Nice clear copper color with tan head. Aroma is light with roasted malts, sweeter caramel malts and an even lighter smell of hops. First taste is true Barleywine flavor. Like the aroma I get roasted and caramel malts. But also some dark cherry type fruitiness thrown in. There’s also grapefruit hoppiness that’s not too tart but a bit sweet. I also get a slight cotton candy like flavor. Nice tasting Barleywine.

Clear golden color with thin off white head. Light aroma and tough to make out. Maybe a bit of spicy/floral noble hops. The flavor starts with a bit of sweet sugary malt. Then the spicy and floral hop flavor and bitterness over run the flavor profile right to the finish.

Pale orange, peach-like color..very zingy on the tastebuds, nice texture....not too heavy, not too light...a little too much grapefruit on the finish for my taste....overall, a very well crafted product
