Hazed golden ale with a resilient creamy white head. Pungeant hops and citrus, pinhey character , right up my alley. No hops te other fellow was saying...In mouth, sweet honey, loads of hops and grapefruit, like a honey glazed baked grapefruit, very left coast. Excellent IPA. On Tap at Clark’s Ale House, Feb.3, 2006.

On tap. Was a nice orange color with a small head that fizzled off quickly. Aroma of citrus and hops along with some pine notes. Tastes very hoppy with plenty of citrus. Has a ratehr aggressive bitter mouth to it. A very nice IPA

Pour is a red-orange with a white head. Aroma is quite hoppy and floral. Flavor is raisons and other dark fruits. The hops in the aroma disappear in the flavor. Still kinda tasty even though this is a bit watery in the end. More of an ESB than anything.

I like 2 beers from this company and the rest I have found that I can totally do without. Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a bronze color with a medium sized tan head that fades quickly. The aroma is sour, vegetal and lightly fruity. The flavor is a sour tang with light roasty malts and a hint of bitter chocolate. The finish is bitter, tangy an vaguely vegetal. Rather unpleasant.

2005 Bottle: Pours dark reddish amber with a medium thin beige head that lasts pretty well. Thin, stringy lacing. Aroma of malt and raisins. Not very full-bodied considering the ABV, with malt and spice flavors primarily, along with a touch of dark fruit. The finish is kind of syrupy and sweet. All in all this one just didn’t seem to come together for me.

while I am rather fond of Hazed & Infused and Mojo the other beers by this brewer have not impressed me much. Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a bronze color with a large yellow-white head. The aroma is vegetal malts. There is no detectable hops on the nose. The flavor is vegetal sour malts with a light hoppy finish. Not a great offering.

I have been rather fond of a couple of the beers from this company so I was reasonably optimistic going into this one. Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer pours a bronze color with a large yellow-tan head. The aroma is sharp with floral and fruity hops. The flavor is nice nutty malts with a moderate but not overpowering floral and lightly fruity hop presence. The finish is nutty. A nice beer overall.

Fully hazy lemon yellow; medium white head, fast gone. Lactic acid, lemony, very sour-wheat character in the nose; do I detect faraway coriander? Milky, evey meaty, yeasty taste, ending on a citrussy, light sourish taste. Dull sweetness is there. Lachesis says raw egg-plant, and I tend to agree. Flat (nearly no carbonation) wheat slickness. Rather poor Weizen. Give me the Bavarians anytime - and those are far from my favourite style. Nice label, however.

Pours little lighter and more golden than expected. Head is fairly substantial, but a little sudsy and dies down quickly, lacing a bit. Aroma is a little more non-descript than expected (am I coming down with a cold?). Flavor is pleasant, much more grain dominant than I expected. Hops are a little understated, especially in the finishing touches where lemon seems to dominate more than hops. Crisp and pleasant.

Pour is a very cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is a eye opining pine hop. I keep taking whiffs of this brew b/c it smells so good. Flavor is strong and hoppy with lots of citrus on the tounge. Very taste and delicious!
