33 cL bottle. Pours clear yellow golden with a huge crispy white head. Aroma is citric, yeasty, spicy (coriander). Soft and round mouthfeel. Flavour is soft sweet and tart coriander, this is candy on a bottle without being cloyingly sweet.

33 cL bottle. Pours unfiltered orange with a crispy head leaving a good lacing. Aroma is malty and yeasty, tart orange fruit and vague spice note. Flavour is spicy,slight candy flavoured without being sweet. Fairly dry and hoppy into the finish giving a good dry bitterness.

Draught @ Københavnske Øldage 2007 in Copenhagen. Hazy yellow color with a large frothy good lacing mostly lasting white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy yeasty, orange, coriander, light bubble gum. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, nice balance. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. ;o))

Slightly hazy amber-orange beer under good, dense, off-white head. Very flowery/blossomy nose with a perfume of rosemary or lavender (no doubt the manuka, but I’m hardly specialized in native New-Zealand flora), getting nearly soapy. A bit of ambrée malt obvious. Again very perfumed taste with lavender, exotic fruit; fresh taste and a bit carbonised. Quite refreshing, even when on the treshold of soapy. Gets an extra point for originality.

Bottled. Pale orange colour with lots of floating particles in it. Aroma is barnyard, spices, sweetish malts. Ginger bomb! Flavour is honey, ginger, yeast, malts and hops. A very pleasant and well made beer.

Slightly hazy golden color, with a lot of very small pieces flying around, and with a short white head. Aroma of a nice triple, but obviously with a lot of spice, ginger in this case, some citrus as well. Also quite spicy taste, sweet, mild bitter, some honey perhaps. Not bad though it might become a bit annoying after a while.

Metallic golden beer with a very slight haze; medium, white head fed by good carbonation. Dry, grainy & vanilla nose, bit dusty, white candi sugar, fine herbs. Fleeting impression at sourness, but no real acidity. Then, again, a dull vaguely malty-medicinal taste, mannah, dough (tastewise, not MF). Very dry MF, as completely attenuated; making it a lot thinner feeling than it really is. Dangerously "quaffable" beer - if you’re in the mood for drinking without too much tasting. For the rest it is bo-o-oring. Good yield, however.

Bottle @ Kerstbierfestival 2006 in Essen, BE. Brown color with a off-white head. Aroma off toasted malt, hoppy, brown sugar. Very sweet flavor with mederate bitternes and a avage finish.

Good, just off-white head over pale, greyish, slighly hazy yellow beer. Vanilla and the equivalent of astringency in the nose; maybe a touch of coriander and definitely white candy sugar. Surprisingly soft-sweet but with a very distinct citrus touch - like a very sweet grapefruit, pomelo or suchlike. It’s sweet, but very fine - reminding me of some of the Mortal’s beers; patisserie beer, delicate. Finishes a bit duller, however. Slick, falsely bodied and very good attenuation. Unfortunately, the flavours fade away too soon, leaving little or no aftertaste. No mistake, quite good beer. But, because of the origin, I’m missing... Humulus Lupulus... Mille grazie to the Compagnia, who thought me worthy of their brainchild!

Good off-white head, fast gone over hazy straw to olive-coloured beer. Very nice hoppy nose, both EU as USA, hopbales, and yes, straw or hay. Fresh, hop-dominated taste, grapey but not citrussy, dry garden herbs and generally delicate-flowery - lime blossoms. Medium bodied, but refreshing. Extremely nice beer, delicate in the EU/USA combination. Let the imitators of USA IPA’s try this first, before blundering on.
