Bottle: Poured a murky yellow with a short carbonated white head. Aroma is very wheat with that typical witbier citrus smell. The taste is pretty sweet and not very expected wheat, there is a slight spicy cutrus finish.

Bottle: Poured a murky yellow with white froathy color head. The aroma jumped out of the glass as I was pouring it, very spicy with ginger bread wheat smell. The tingle was pleasant to my tongue and the dry veggy like finish was pretty good too.

Bottle: Poured a dark brown with a red hint to it, the head was short tan. The aroma is fruit and malt, soft suttle spice also mixed in. The taste started off fruit with hints of berry, transitioned to sweet dark malt. Finally it ended sweet dry sugary on the tongue.

Draught: Poured a hazy yellow with off white color head. Aroma was a floral and very hoppy. Taste is a metalic floral with that blast of hoppiness that was designed to slap you in the face.

Draught: Poured a bright yellow with a thin white head. Aroma is spicy and hoppy. The taste is similar and attacks your taste buds with that hoppy spice tingle.

Bottle Clear, blond body. Creamy, white head with an excellent lace. Aroma of hops, yeast, caramel (lightly), grass. The aroma is not really bad, but also not exciting - rather subtle. Moderately bitter, lightly sweet flavour. Bit tonic-like, ginger inside. Not bad, ok triple.

Bottle at LCRBM3. Cloudy orange gold colour with thin white head. Some lemon, some chalk, odd spice, some bubblegum. Very odd indeed.

Hazy ochre-orange; small, irregular white head. Spicy nose, with distinctly ginger but also some synthetic fabric; Japanese herbs, Japanese ginger for sushi. Bitterish, very spicy taste. Ginger present, but not alone that; After a time, bit toasted-sharp vegetable/herbal. Quite dry finish. Light bodied, but grist slickness. One goes down well, but I fear the spiciness would prevent many to follow. Many thanks to Geroen!

(Bottle 75 cl) Courtesy of fiulijn. Hazy golden with a tall and lively and somewhat rough head. Rather spicy aroma with some yeast. Quite full-bodied, plenty of fruit accents, lightly sweet malts and some phenols. The carbonation is quite lively. Surprisingly hoppy finish - for a Belgian that is. 310807

Hazy yellow; small whitish rim. Spicy, citrussy nose, candi sugar, bit lactic. Again citrussy in the flavour, with white candi sugar (which cannot be tasted, of course, according to the brewers’ evangelium), garden herbs. Ends a lot drier. Medium bodied, well attenuated. Well-made, technically, but, as so often these days, not one to go raving about.
