Pours a clear light golden colour with a good sized foamy white head that settled to a creamy small head. Aroma is light malt, floral and fruity, peach and tropical. A surprising biscuit malty taste, fruity flavours and a little nuttiness and a light bitterness in the finish.

Chelmsford Beer Festival. Cask. Almost clear gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, fairly dry. Modest fine carbonation. Dry malts, slightly sweet. Touch of grain. Modest dry floral mid, slightly bitter. Spicy citrus, also dry and bitterish. Dry finish. Too dry but okay.

Bottle drunk in the Crab & Winkle in Whitstable while eating Whitstable oysters. You cant get much more terroir than that!! Lovely colour with a nice long lasting head. Plenty of toasted malts and dare a say a tang of the sea to the flavour? Great mouth feel and it perfectly complemented the local oysters that were eaten raw with a touch of vinegar. Bliss. I even got my 10 year old to try a bit of oyster; which she hated. Heathen.

Cask at PoW, Farnborough. Nil aroma. Dark. Thin beige head. Light bitter. Slight sourness. Coffee. Berries. Something odd and umami. Pretty light. Minimal carbonation. Astringent finish. Thought it was a pretty poor attempt. Bland as...
