We brew in small batches by hand with the utmost regard not only for flavour but also for quality and consistency, using the finest British barley and a mix of both Kentish and World hops.
A bit of history: Established in 1995 as Swale brewery in Milton Regis, Sittingbourne, moved to Grafty Green, Maidstone in 2001. Sold to the ancient Whitstable Oyster Fishery Company in 2003.

Bottle 0,33ltr: What’s happened the Valley of the Senne meets Kent. Hazy red/pink coloured brew with an fine sour taste and its have the thirstquenching abbilities. Quite interesting brew.

440ml can from the Sea Farmers Dive Taproom, Whitstable. Poured a mostly clear medium amber colour with a short-lived, big frothy white head and plenty of bubbles. The aroma is malt, light toffee. The flavour is moderate sweet and bitter, with a smooth, caramel malt, earthy, light floral, woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. A simple beer but very drinkable.

440ml can at the Sea Farmers Dive Taproom, Whitstable. Poured a hazy light yellow golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, tropical citrus. The flavour is moderate sweet, with a smooth, fresh, dry, creamy coconut, lime, tropical citrus, light floral hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Perhaps the best beer I’ve ever had from Whitstable.

The flavour is moderate bitter, with a crisp, somewhat light, yeasty, dry, mineral, woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

The flavour is moderate to light sweet and liquorice bitter, with a smooth, rich, roasty, earthy, herbal, liquorice bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
