Draft at the Sea Farmers Dive Taproom, Whitstable. Poured a murky yellow golden colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, stone fruits. The flavour is moderate to light bitter, with a light, crisp, fresh, earthy, herbal, mineral, chalky, light hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.

Tap at Mr. Foggs. Pours black with a light brown head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has a nice roast and creamy dark grains with a bit of an earthy oyster bite underlying. Flavor has dry roast and earthy dark grains with a growing umami presence.

Keg at the Whitstable Oyster House. Pours mostly clear gold with a frothy, white topping. Lightly sweet, mellow piney bitterness, fairly clean pale malts, pithy lemon and grapefruit, flinty dryness. Light bodied with average carbonation. Dry, bitter finish. Nice and drinkable.
