We aren't defined by one style of beer, because at our brewery, we brew a touch of everything from traditional, technically-sound, delicate lagers to spontaneously fermented and intentionally blended barrel-aged sours and every style in between. When it comes to our BBQ, we draw inspiration from many different styles, including St. Louis, Texas, the Carolinas, but most importantly, our juicy, slow-smoked BBQ is inspired by our Team's creativity and you.
Rivers have always been the heart of community, innovation and activity; come enjoy our interpretation of a Rivertown, where tradition, innovation and flavor is blended with community, caring and tenacity to create a noteworthy and memorable experience.

Bottle. Dark brown in color with a light tan head. Aroma was roasted grains, chocolate and caramel. Taste was delicious, with the perfect balance of porter with salted caramel.

Pours darker blonde, small white head. Smell is sweaty, bit sweet, almost reminding of sugar. Cheesy. Taste is tart, dry, funky. Mild oak. Sweaty. No.... This ain't what lambic is...

22 oz. bottle. 2015 vintage, bought off the bargain shelf. Clear, purplish, brown color, with sone bubbles, but no head. Strong, tart berries, caramel, lemon, yogurt, and vanilla. Sweet and frutiy, and quite sharp and aggressively sour. Medium body, with a thick, acidic mouthfeel. Quite enjoyable.

Corn/barley malt and straw aroma. Pale yellow with giant white head. Mildly sweet corn, barley malt, and mildly bitter metallic weedy hay flavor. Okay body. Decent pale lager.

Bottle. A- Sour, oak, vanilla, funky. A- Dark brown color, dark liquid, beige head. T- Sour, green apple, fish oil, musty. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, astringent finish. O- Really looking forward to this one but it was not good. Thought it might be a bad batch but looking at other reviews perhaps it's just a poorly done brew. Just bad. Killed my average rate for my favorite style for this!?

Can: Very pale yellow/gold with a tall white head. Lemon and barley aroma. Taste is light.....barley malt, grains, a hint of peppery lemon. A touch of mineral bitter. Ok....but could use a little more body and flavour, overall.

Can: Hazy, light yellow with a tall, off-white head. Grainy, barley aroma. Mild pils bittering taste....again, pretty grainy.... A little heavy to style..... Not bad.

Corn, barley malt, and straw aroma. Hazy pale yellow with large head. Moderately sweet citrus, corn/barley malt, and mildly bitter straw flavor. Good body. Not bad but more like a standard lager than a pilsner.

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a brown color with a small foamy tan head that left minimal lacing. The aroma was tart and sour with notes of vinegar and soy sauce. The aroma was tart and sour with notes of wood, cherry and vinegar. Long finish. Medium body. Very well done to style, if I had tasted it blind I would have sworn it was from Belgium.
