bottiglia 50 cl, schiuma bianca fine pannosa media persistenza, colore giallo pallido velato, al naso limone frumento fieno e leggero affumicato, in bocca è fruttata limone con un finale leggermente affumicato, corpo leggero, carbonazione moderata, amaro percettibile, delicatamente acida. Capped 500 from Total Wine in Vacaville, CA. Pours translucent gold with a huge foamy white head that laced. Light smoky aroma. Near med body. Flavor is smoky and lightly, pleasantly sour. Dry. Smoky more than bitter. Very nice ale.

Lemon, apple, light wood smoke, wheat malt, and hay aroma. Hazy golden yellow with moderate white head. Lightly sweet lemon, apple, lightly smoky wheat malt, mildly sour citric acid, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Okay body - smoky finish.

6/10/2023. Bottle shared at Ulfborg. Pours hazy/cloudy pale gold with a large frothy white head. Aroma of citrus, straw, smoked malts and cheese. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness and sourness, light smokiness. Moderate body, fairly fizzy. Light drying finish. Not really for me this one.

Optisch Pfirsichlikör, in der Nase merkt man schon die Säure. Im Trunk schön sauer, dabei recht angenehm, leicht tartig, dezent Salz, leichte Frucht, schön ausgewogene Komposition. Zurecht ein Klassiker.
