Keg @ Estaminet de la Longue Croix, Hondeghem, Belgium. Pours clear gold, white head. NondeScript aroma. Taste is a rather inoffensive grassy pilsner, some cereal grains coming into play. Clean and light, but lacking a nice sweet flavour.

Bottle from somewhere in France. Poured a clear medium amber with a frothy white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is yeast, sweet malt. The flavour is moderate sweet with a rich smooth fruity, light alcohol bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

[backlog] 31-12-15 / bottle at home, bought in France. A lot of foam, typical Biere de Garde. Well carbonated. Medium sweet body. Bitter finish. I started rating my beers with Untappd and a few basic notes. Now I want to rate them on ratebeer. So my rating sometimes lack some information. Just ignore it, it is for my personal statistics. Untappd-Rating 2.75/5

Gylden brun klar med fingerhøyt offwhite skum. Lukter fudge, korn og gjær. Middels fylde. Søtlig fudge i smak, noe bitterhet og alkohol ligger der.

Sampled from an 11.2 oz brown bottle this beer poured a red-orange color with a large fluffy orange-tan head that lingered and left a bit of lacing. The aroma was malty and sweet with notes of toffee, nut, cherry and cola. The flavor was crisp and spritzy fruitiness followed by light notes of toffee, tobacco and yeast. Medium length finish. Medium body. Interesting.
