Description
The Birrificio Rurale was born in 2009 from the idea of five beer enthusiasts who wanted to find the agricultural origins of beer in an area with a strong rural vocation. in mid-2012 we started planning to move. At the beginning of 2013, we started production in our new brewery, after more than three years of work and gaining experience, we decided to continue on our path by moving to a place that would allow us to manage the growing demand with greater control. Definitely less romantic than the previous premises, the new headquarters in Desio is much more functional and will allow us to offer you an increasingly constant and quality product.

Tap at drunken duck refettorio birraio. Golden dark color almost clear, creamy white head. Flavor is malty with biscuits and plum, hints of orange and a leftover of cheese. Something peppery in the finish, a vague spicy note. Sweetish bready taste, smooth finish. Medium body, Average carbonation, mild oily texture. A decent bock.

Color: Copper, beige head. Aroma: Hop, caramel, orange hints. Taste: Nice amount of citrus hopbitterness overwhelming the caramel malt in a good way. Bitter orange peel notes. Light milk chocolate hints. Over moderate to medium hopbitterness, moderate sweet. Fortunately not as sweet as most Dutch Bock beers. Bittery finish with citrus notes. Medium body, average carbonation. Nice hoppy Bock.

Bottle. Color: Very dark ruby, off-white head. Aroma: Grassy and floral hopbitterness, dark malty background. Taste: Floral, grassy and bit citrus hopbitterness with a floral dark and slightly roasted malt background, some caramel and hints of dark fruit. I like the bitterness, but it's a bit monotonous. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Ok.
