Draft - Soapy and tart citrus. Clear gold with a decent white head. Light soapy tartness, white grape and funky cheese. I heard "cheesies" and that is all I taste.

Draught at the brewery
Deep blond color, hazy, with small head. The aroma is delicate, fruity, a bit funky, sour. Lean mouthfeel, very dry, the acidity level is moderate, with a well defined lactic acid character, lightly bready, a touch of sour fruits, and just hints of resiny and citrusy hops; refreshing and balanced, with enough acid astringency in the final. Excellent.

On tap at Powell Street, pours a clear golden with a medium white head. Nose brings out prominent west coast hops upfront, with light tart citrus zest. Flavour is along the same lines, with loads of tart citrus zest upfront, backed by moderate hopping. Not complex in any way - it's quite one-dimensional. But it's clean and easy to drink. Not bad for what it is, just not very exciting.

Cask at the brewery. Light amber. Quite floral, sweetish, touch of peach, light wood. The yeast is dropped out. I think the wood takes away from some of the freshness and farmhouse yeast character, to the detriment of the final product.
