Bottle 750ml. @ home.Clear medium to dark yellow orange color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moderate to heavy hoppy, flowers, herbs, grass, citrus - orange notes, moderate yeasty, light coriander. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, fruity, orange. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100324]

Bottle. Pours a pale yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty hoppy aroma. Fruity malty hoppy flavor with some hints of citrus. Has a fruity malty hoppy finish with some bitterness in the aftertaste.

Hazy blond color, quite pale; high carbonation and very big head, some big bubbles, but indeed quite compact later. Delicate aroma, mixing some spices and a Belgian yeast touch, and traces of rosemary. Good mouthfeel, spiced malt flavor, with a pleasant subtle sweetness and a touch of oranges, both sweet and bitter. Correct bitterness, with hints of hops. Well balanced. Can easily be described as Tripel. Deeply pleasant.
I don’t know the story behind the interesting label, but in Latin Wolf=Lupus and Hop=Humulus Lupulus.

Bottle: Golden, a bit unclear, medium-sized lacy white head; solid herbal hoppy nose with a sweetish-grassy background, a tinge of knotgrass is detectable; solid sweet-bitter flavour, creamy MF, medium bodied; lingering sweet-herbal finish. O.K., but not too glorious..............

(75cl bottle) Hazy, golden colour with a thick and slightly off-white foamy head. Sweet grainy pale malty aroma with yeasty notes and spicy herbal (knot grass), nettle-like hops. Moderately bitter, slightly sweet flavour, medium bodied, smooth carbonation. Grainy malty base with very subtle fruity elements and spicy, slightly ethereally hops flavours, leading into a moderately dry and hoppy finish with lasting spicy and herbal notes. Yummy (22.VII.09).

draft @ Delirium Cafe, Brussels. pours hazy golden, thick white head. aroma is grainy, and has a nice unique yeasty aroma, fruity, some herbal tea elements, honey sweetness and fresh grains. taste, yeasty, grainy, some citrus fruits, spicy notes with some coriander, light bitterness.

June 09. 75cl bottle @ Poechenellekelder, Brussels. Pours a cloudy orange with a small white head. Hops and orange fruits. A bit of yeast. Dry, herbal and hoppy flavor. Very nice. Re-Rating Jan 14. Poechenellekelder again. Really fresh and lovely bottle. Hops and mild yeast and a touch of funk. Great! 3,7 - 4.

Bottle Quite clear, yellow/amber body. Off-white, fizzy head. The stress of the aroma is citric (oranges) with some hints of caramalts. Heavily bitter, lightly sweet flavour. Very nice, well balanced beer.
