Description

Lagabière was born in November 2012. Brothers Sébastien and Francis Laganière opened the doors of their brewery in the heart of Old St. Jean, in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu. Initially offering only one of their beers and a few beers, the inventory has grown rapidly, offering only locally brewed products. With a capacity of 20 beers in service, the offer is very diversified. Each recipe is original and brewed with extreme rigor. Today, after more than sixty original recipes created, Lagabière also offers a range of imported beers, quality alcohols and a homemade food menu, incorporating as much beer as possible.

0,1l taster at home courtesy of Sander, big thanks. amber hazy color, small white head. smells ripe fruits, light passion fruit, bit citric, acidic, pines, mango, some peach. nice smell overall. full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes ripe fruits, earthy, bit citric, candy, some sweetness, very light peaches, spices, peppery, bit parfumy. finishes lightly sweet with notes of peaches, earthy and spicy notes. pretty decent one, but rather heavy, does not drink that great.

0,1l taster courtesy of Sander, big thanks. orange cloudy color, small white head. smells mango, mango puree, bit earthy, light oats, passion fruit, light citric. very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes citric, earthy, mango jam, spices, bit peppery, light frozen fruits, light oats. finishes lightly dry and lightly bitter with notes of citrus, earthy and peppery notes. quite good one, loved the smell, taste is good but maybe not the freshest anymore. overall quite good one.

Color amarillo opaco, corona de espuma blanca escasa, aromas a cereal con notas acidas, sabor ácido ligero notas levadura, cuerpo medio bien.
