Description
Since 2008, we're running the Beer Freakshow, pushing the boundaries of the Italian craft beer scene. If you do not do it our way, we do not do. Classic styles and innovative beers, Belgian or American traditions: on the whole, the mark of Toccalmatto. Luppolature exotic and extreme experiments on yeast and fermentation, exploring new tastes and flavors using fruits, spices, aged in cask. Always and only beers of character.
In 2017 the brewery was sold to the Belgian entrepreneur Eric Coppieters and his Brasserie 28.

On tap @King Arthur (Ciampino). Giallo paglierino, abbastanza torbida, schiuma bianca media, abbastanza persistente. Corpo esile, carbonazione media. Molto gradevole.

25cl Fles van EuroSpin. Goudgele kleur, witte kraag. Hoppig, toiletverfrisser, beetje kunstmatig gehopt lijkt wel, licht moutig, redelijk fris, lichtbittere finish. Lichte body. Slobbert soepel weg.

Bottled 330ml. -from Harpf Brunico. Unclear pale golden coloured, medium sized white head, floral and light fruity nose. Floral, herbal, light fruity and some caramel with quite bitter finish. Seems to be a bit old.

Women’s Euro beers 14/16 - Italy 🇮🇹 Smells funky and tart. The flavor is extraordinarily lacking - dry and crisp, with a slightly unpleasant finish. One of the weirdest bottle arts I’ve ever seen though, so kudos I guess.
