Keg at the 4th Copenhagen Beer Celebration, Session 2, 01/05/2015. Lightly hazed golden blonde topped with a decent off white swirl. Nose is earthy, citric sherbets, lemon rind, tangerine, straw. Taste comprises melon, pale malt, tangerine, straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with earthy hop bitterness. Ok.

Keg at the 4th Copenhagen Beer Celebration, Session 2, 01/05/2015. Lightly hazed orange amber topped with a moderte off white swirl. Nose is caramel, cheesecake base, rich fruit, toasted brown sugar. Taste comprises caramel sauce, floral elements, sweet notes, fruit cake. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a lick of booze. Not all that bad but seems a bit disjointed and overly sweet.

Clear brown to purple beer, aery beige head, unstable, falls down quickly, non adhesive. Aroma: very oxidized, dried fruits, aged, orange peel, chocolate milk, lactose, bit metallic. MF: way too much carbon, medium body. Taste: oxidized, carbon, medium body. Taste: oxidized, orange peel, sweet, lactose, caramel, little sourish, fruity. Aftertaste: caramel, dried fruits, quite some lactose, metallic, touch, some milk chocolate.

Keg at the 4th Copenhagen Beer Celebration, Session I, 01/05/2015. Clear light golden topped with moderate off white spotting. Nose is straw, apple, grain, light bread, citric peel, faint hop notes. Taste comprises apple orchard, tangy citric notes, bread dough, pale malt, grassy. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok but a bit on the bland side.

Keg at the 4th Copenhagen Beer Celebration, Session I, 01/05/2015. Murky reddish amber with a moderate crimson cap. Nose is tarte berry, light funk, spice, straw, tangy cherry, raspberry vibes. Taste comprises earthy berry strokes, blueberry tang, straw, light wood, earthy tones. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok sour, not particularly complex (or indeed sour) but plenty of flavour for the ABV.

Tap@CBC 2015, Blue Session - yellow coloured pour with a white head. Aroma and taste is medium sweet floral and fruity, medium malty, some grassy and floral and herbal nuances, dry finish.

Tap@CBC 2015, Blue Session - amber coloured pour with beige head. Medium sweet malty aroma and taste, caramel, dried fruity, but some bad lingering artificial medicinal taste I couldn’t get round on this.

Draught @ CBC 2015 [ Blue Session ]. - Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2015, Sparta Hallen, Gunnar Nu Hansens Plads 11, 2100 Copenhagen, Denmark [ As Way Highway to Hop´n Roll ].Clear medium yellow color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, candy, fruity, caramel. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, fruity, candy, sweet malt - sugar. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150501]

Draught@CBC2015. Red colour with a small pink head. Aroma is a bunch of berries along with some wooden and mildly earthy and leathery notes. Flavour is red currant, raspberries, some wood and also being rather mouthdrying. Smooth. More tart than sour.

CBC Green Session. Keg. Opaque dark brown beer, small pale tan head. Palate is light and semi dry with mild fine carbonation. Mild balsamic and blackcurrant over thin dark chocolate malts. Light dry crisp finish. Interesting if left field for the style.
