Bottle 50 cl. Pours black with an orange hue and a light brown head. Aroma is fairly sweet roast with some alcohol burn - not much whisky though. Rich, malty body, again sweet roast, a little whisky notes, but I’m starting to feel that this was never barrel-aged, it simply had whisky added. And the label confirms this suspicion. Doing a whisky beer this way requires a massive amount of whisky to have any impact ar all. But this is fairly smooth and easygoing. But if you love lovely oak and vanilla accents, you’ll have to look elsewhere. 250417
