Bottle. Sweet flowery malt aroma. Golden yellow color with small head. Sweet malt flavor with slight tannic finish - improves the more you drink.

Canned. Golden colour, huge foamy head, lacing. Malty and hoppy standard lager aroma. Sweet malty flavour withdomr fruitish hints. A bit hoppy finish. Fruitish aftertaste.

I am not a big fan of this company. I tried this one for the heck of it. Sampled from a 12 oz clear bottle this beer poured a medium gold color with a large white head. The aroma is sour malt and light fruit. The flavor is light, fairly malty and had a decent mild hop presence and a light fruity sweetness. Much better than I expected but still not good.

Clear foxy-amber; large yellowish compound head leaving textbook lace. Chalk, coloured malts nose converging to herbal notes. Initial cloying sweet taste, like cookies with synthetic vanilla flavouring. Ends again herbal, a bit more fresh-tasting, but still very sweet & malty. Tinge of salt in the finish, or is it a bit smoked? Medium bodied, rather slick. Aftertaste has some metallic bitterness. Ho-hum. At least less humbug than the commercial description. I found it in Zeeuws Vlaanderen, if you please. The very other side of the Netherlands!

0.33 can. I keep on finding new beer I never expected to find in places I never expected to have beers I haven’t tried. Heck, I didn’t even know that this was imported here. So, I was expecting skunk, and lots of it. Then came the second surprise. A nice fruity sweet malty smell came from the glass. Immense head that vanished slowly was another surprise. The pale gold color wasn’t though. The taste was again fruity/malty and sweet for a lager. Bitter aftertaste. Not that good really, but I would drink it again.

Grolsch Blond more like Grolsch light. If you have ever wanted a budweiser but made overseas than you got your beer. Its jjust like a light beer with a Dutch custom on it. Despite the intregue pass in this beer.

Draught. Dark chestnut colour. Creamy head. Weak, but very malty aroma. Very sweet flavour, mostly of brown sugar. Like alcoholic hvidtøl. Too sweet for me.

Bottle. Reddish colour with white head. Fresh malty aroma. Malty flavour, a little peppery. Liquorice, salty aftertaste. Nice, slightly soft mouthfeel with pleasantly low carbonation.

Bottled. What are these people thinking, sending beer across the ocean in clear bottles. Skunky, almost no malts to speak of, let alone hops. Most people’s urine isn’t this pale.

Yellow beer with a light white foamy head, and a stinky skunky aroma. Ligth malty base with rather strong harsh bitterness, almost metallic...too much german hops extract in here. Had fond memories of this beer as it was one of the first imports I drank when we spent our Decembers in Florida, but now, ....:P
