Bottle sourced from Beer Republic and drunk at home (16/10/2021) - New 🇳🇱 brewery ✅- dark brown with a beige head. Toasted and sweet malts, with layers of caramel and toffee sweetness, fudge, brown sugar, dark dried fruit shred, medium plus body, some hoppy undertones coming through the lingering sweet malty close. Pretty decent BW overall.

Fles 33cl thuis. Kalme rooksmaak, bacon, laurier, salmiak, hout, beetje whisky, bittertje, zoethout, redelijk stroperig. (7-2-2021).

Bottle. Dark brown pour. Aroma of nice peat, smoke, some caramel, yeast and malt. Taste has strong peat, smoke, caramel, raisin, dates, fruity yeast and lots of malt. Good stuff.
